Use eAdventist’s new “send later” feature to create your message ahead of time and have eAdventist deliver it at the scheduled time. This will allow your SMS reminders and email messages to arrive at the optimum time and help to ensure that the messages are openened/read and your event is not forgotten.
The steps
- Create your message the usual way, then click the “Send later” button. eAdventist offers 3 pre-set options that have been found to be optimum for sending email or text messages, but you can enter any time that you choose.

2. Click the “Send later” button again, if you need to change the date or time. When you’re ready, click the “Schedule” button to schedule your message for delivery.

That’s it! Your message is scheduled for delivery.

Change or unschedule the message
Open the message and click the “Send later” button to change the delivery time or to “unschedule” the message entirely.

The message and the delivery time can be updated at any time up until about 5 minutes before the scheduled delivery. At that point, eAdventist will queue the message for delivery and no more changes can be made.
Use “send later” to give you messages maximum “opens” and impact.
